This is a work in progress announcement:

 - A new COW chip (LD v1.1) illumina is under study (thank you George Wiggans).

There is an issue reguarding FOR/REV allelic coding that, once full information is received from Illumina, will be dealt with in this tool.

 - Work has started to include SHEEP species (2 chips, one Illumina and one -HD- AgResearch) to the tool... stay tuned!

 - The International Goat Genome Consortium has shared their chip iManifest. As soon as full information will be available, this species will also be included to the tool
