There are a few news involving SNPchimp v.2:

 - GeneSeek (Neogen), has sent us the iManifest of their Equine 65k beadchip. It has been processed and will be avaiable in v.2.1, where we'll be also publishing COW LDv.1.1 and Sheep Illumina's 50k and AgResearch's 65k. 

 - Custom COW SNP chips might be also included soon... 

 - We're collaborating with the International Goat Genome Consortium (IGGC) and ADAPTmap initiative to include the GOAT species (thank you Gwenola Tosser-Klopp!!).
