We have updated SNPchimp v.2 with the Bovine GenomicProfiler v.3 (GP3) SNP chip, produced by Neogen-GeneSeek.

Whith this new one, now we allow you to expand your research over 11 (yes, eleven!) bovine SNP chips!!! 

 

On other news, research continues to include Ensembl functionalities on this tool... we have a workplan. Big news expected on WCGALP 2014!! :)
