News n.17 - Ensembl BioMart functionalities are now fully functional on Bovine/Porcine/Equine/Ovine species

Ensembl BioMart functionalities are now fully integrated in the SNPchimp v.2 tool. Now you can search for GENES in the surroundings of your significant SNPs with no effort! A slight modification of the graphical layout of results was implemented for a more intuitive experience for users.

We're currently also working to include Ensembl VeP (Variant Effect Predictor) to this tool.
