VeP REST api

We proudly announce the introduction of the Ensembl VeP among our available tools. This option is available for all species except for Goat (not available in Ensembl!). Please note that until further and extensive testing is not complete, this option will be considered a BETA version. But please use it and send us comments! :)

 

News on Goat species

In collaboration with IGGC and ADAPTmap (thank you Gwenola Tosser-Klopp!) we have introduced 3 new assemblies for Goat: The CHI_1.0 (latest official assembly for this species) and the goat SNPs mapped on  OAR3.1 and UMD3.1.75.
