A bug affecting the accesso to GeneSeek GGP-LDv3 data was solved.

Native map coordinates (e.g. cromosome and positions) for Ilumina PorcineSNP50 v.2, and both GeneSeek GGP chips were updated to the latest version (10.2). Thank you M.Erbe (LFL, Germany)!!!

In addition, Pig dbSNP build was updated to the latest version (Build 145).
