Two custom SNP arrays owned by ICBF (Irish Cattle Breeding Federation) were added today to the SNPchimp (thank you Matthew McClure).

The International Dairy and Beef (IDB) arrays contain ~17k SNPs and ~54k public SNPs for versions 2 and 3, respectively. Please note the list of SNPs provided in SNPchimp is restricted to public SNPs. A few SNP IP-protected are not contained in our tool. If interested in these SNPs,ICBF should be contacted directly.
